Services provided by Classic Carriage Drives are subject to these ‘Terms & Conditions’.
- Classic Carriage Drives is an inclusive service, where consideration is given to the physically impaired and elderly to access the carriage in the form of a ramp with hand rails (please note this must be requested at time of booking).
- All passengers to embark/ disembark when instructed to do so and to remain seated whilst aboard the carriage.
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- For the ‘Unicorn Tea Party’ experience, children must wear enclosed shoes and wear the ‘Australian Standard Approved’ helmet provided.
- Deposit payment to be made via EFT (electronic funds transfer) into nominated bank account.
- Payment of deposit is considered confirmation of booking on agreed date/ time.
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- For Weddings and Events a ‘Booking Form’ must be completed and returned.
- In the case of inclement weather conditions, the ‘Montacute Valley Ride’ and ‘Unicorn Tea Party’ will be postponed to a mutually suitable time. Allowance is given to booked Weddings and Events where services will be honored whenever possible.
- Where services has been withdrawn, full payment will be reimbursed via EFT, and no further compensation will be given.
- Reimbursement will not occur when service has been withdrawn when money outstanding, for inappropriate behavior, if hirer changes their mind or fails to meet at location on time.
- Classic Carriage Drives retains the right to withdraw horse & carriage service at any time.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision made by Classic Carriage Drives is final.
