Services provided by Classic Carriage Drives are subject to ‘Terms & Conditions’

  • We do not have an online booking service, all enquiries and bookings are made via direct communication either via phone, messenger or email as per our contact page.
  • All participants/passengers are to complete the attached Waiver prior to their booking, this can be viewed here. This Waiver must be completed by all participants prior to your booking.
  • Classic Carriage Drives is an inclusive service, where consideration is given to the physically impaired and elderly to access the carriage.
  • All passengers to embark/ disembark when instructed to do so and to remain seated whilst aboard the carriage.
  • ‘Children’ under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult on the carriage ride.
  • For the ‘Unicorn Tea Party’ experience, children must wear enclosed shoes and wear an ‘Australian Standard Approved’ helmet (provided).
  • Deposit payment to be made via EFT (electronic funds transfer) into nominated bank account.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
  • For Weddings and Events our ‘Booking Form’ must be completed with a $500 deposit.
  • In the case of inclement weather conditions as well as on days classed as ‘Catastrophic fire risk’, our services will be postponed to a mutually suitable time. Exemptions are given for Weddings and Events where services will be honored whenever possible.
  • When services have been withdrawn, full payment will be reimbursed via EFT, and no further compensation will be given.
  • Reimbursement will not occur when service has been withdrawn when money outstanding or a ‘change of mind’, or if patron fails to meet at location on time.
